Engineers, not a slide deck.

Juga Labs works on the unglamorous half of applied AI: what it costs to run, where the data goes, and whether the thing still works in six months. Most teams we meet have a working prototype and a bill nobody can explain.

We start by measuring. Spend per feature, per model, per prompt, against what that call is actually worth to the business. The answer is usually that a handful of code paths are burning the majority of the budget, and that most of what they send to a model is context they have already sent.

Then we build the fix and deploy it where you want it, including entirely inside your own environment. Our people work alongside your engineers until it is running and understood, and we hand over the keys rather than renting the system back to you.

No engagement starts with code. It starts with finding out whether the code is worth writing.

Measure before touching anything

Two weeks with your logs, your billing and your code paths. We come back with where the money goes, ranked, and what each fix is worth. If there is nothing worth doing, we tell you that.

Agree the shortlist

You see the architecture and the expected saving before anyone writes code. Cheap and reversible changes first, structural ones once they have paid for themselves.

Build and deploy in your environment

Gateway, caching, routing and evaluation, running in your cloud account or on your own hardware. We work in your repository, against your review process.

Hand over the keys

Documentation, runbooks, admin access and a walkthrough with the team who will own it. A retainer if you want us on call, but the system is yours either way.
