Who we are

1. What we collect on this website
Very little. The enquiry form on this site does not submit anything to us: it assembles the details you type into a WhatsApp message that you then choose to send. Nothing you type is stored on this website, and there is no database behind it. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tags or cookies of any kind on the public pages. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we hold what you send us for as long as we need it to answer you and, if we go on to work together, for the life of that engagement.
2. How we use it
To answer your enquiry, scope work, and run any engagement you go on to commission. We do not sell your details, share them for marketing, profile you, or subject you to automated decision making. We will not add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question.
3. Client data during an engagement
When we work with you we usually handle data that belongs to your organisation: request logs, billing exports, source code, and in some cases the content of prompts your systems send to models. For that data you are the data controller and we act on your instructions as a processor. The terms are set out in the engagement agreement, which covers purpose, retention, sub processors, confidentiality and what happens at the end. We prefer to work from redacted or sampled data wherever it answers the question, we do not copy client data outside the systems we have been given access to, and we return or destroy it on request.
4. Where systems we build put your data
The architectures we deploy are designed so that prompts and business data stay inside infrastructure you control, either in your own cloud account or entirely on premise. Where your system calls an external model provider, that provider receives the content of those calls under its own terms, and we will tell you exactly which providers are in the path and what each one sees. We do not route client traffic through infrastructure of ours.
5. Third party services on this site
The enquiry form hands off to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.), so a message you send is processed on their platform under their privacy policy. We load typefaces from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address per Google’s privacy policy. That is the complete list. There are no other third party services on these pages.
6. Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and ask us to stop using it. Email hello@jugalabs.com and we will deal with it. Where we hold data on behalf of a client organisation, requests about that data should go to that organisation, and we will support them in answering you.
7. Security and breaches
We keep access to client systems under named accounts with least privilege, we do not share credentials, and we remove our access at the end of an engagement. If a breach occurs that is likely to cause significant harm, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner within 72 hours of becoming aware of it and notify those affected within seven days of that notification, in line with Malaysian requirements, and we will notify any client whose data is involved immediately. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email hello@jugalabs.com. We answer security reports first and we will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith.
