Who you are contracting with

1. This website
This site describes what we do and lets you start a conversation. Nothing is sold here. There is no account to open, no payment to make, and no service delivered through these pages. Everything on the site is information, not an offer capable of acceptance.
2. Enquiries are not engagements
Sending us a message, whether through the form, WhatsApp or email, does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to anything. Work begins only under a separate written engagement agreement, signed by both sides, which sets out scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality, data handling, intellectual property and liability for that specific piece of work. Where those terms and these ones differ, the engagement agreement governs.
3. What we say about outcomes
We describe methods, not guaranteed results. Reductions in model spend depend on how your systems are built, how much context you resend, how much of your traffic genuinely needs a frontier model, and choices your team makes after we leave. Any figure we give you during an engagement is an estimate based on your data at that time, and we will show you the working behind it. Case study figures on this site are as reported by the clients concerned and have not been independently audited.
4. What we say about compliance
We design architectures intended to meet PDPA and GDPR requirements, and we document data boundaries so your compliance function can verify them. We do not warrant that you are or will be compliant with any law. Compliance depends on your lawful basis for processing, your retention and deletion practices, your staff, your other systems and your regulator, none of which we control. Nothing on this site or in our materials is legal advice, and you should take your own.
5. Content on this site
The text, design and code of this website belong to Juga Labs Sdn Bhd. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and share links to it. You may not copy it wholesale, redistribute it or build derivative works from it without our written permission. Client names, figures and quotations are published with permission and remain the property of those clients.
6. Acceptable use of this site
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or anything behind it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use it to send anything unlawful. If you want the content in bulk for research or for an AI system, there is a machine readable summary at /llms.txt and you are welcome to it.
7. No warranty on the site itself
This website is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available as best we can, but we do not promise it is free of errors or always reachable, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.
8. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else Malaysian law does not allow to be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it. Liability for work we actually do for you is governed by the engagement agreement for that work, not by this page.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and the version on this page at the time you read it is the one that applies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If something is wrong, please tell us first. Most things are faster to fix directly.
